I
Caméras et rackCameras and rack
- Quatre caméras hautes dans les angles (C1 à C4), quatre intermédiaires plus bas (C5 à C8), orientées vers le centre.Four high cameras in the corners (C1 to C4), four lower intermediate ones (C5 to C8), aimed at the centre.
- Un câble RJ45 par caméra jusqu’au port PoE repéré. Les caméras ne se branchent pas en chaîne.One RJ45 cable per camera to its labelled PoE port. Cameras are not daisy-chained.
- Le rack est précâblé : on le pose sur une table, on dégage l’arrière, on branche le courant.The rack is pre-wired: place it on a table, clear the rear, plug in the power.

Calibration sous MotiveCalibration in Motive
- Vérifier chaque vue de caméra, retirer ou couvrir les objets réfléchissants.Check each camera view, remove or cover reflective objects.
- Balayer le volume avec la baguette CW-500, à plusieurs hauteurs, jusqu’aux limites et près du sol.Sweep the volume with the CW-500 wand at several heights, to the edges and near the floor.
- Poser l’équerre CS-400 pour définir le sol et l’origine, sauvegarder, puis tester le centre et les bords.Lay the CS-400 square to set floor and origin, save, then test the centre and the edges.

Préparation des interprètesPreparing the performers
- Tenue à la bonne taille, marqueurs posés selon le modèle de squelette, puis pose de calibration.Right-size suit, markers placed following the skeleton model, then calibration pose.
- Gants MANUS : une paire par interprète, calibration guidée, vérification de chaque doigt.MANUS gloves: one pair per performer, guided calibration, check each finger.
- Visage et regard : iPhone sur support de tête, Live Link Face vers la station Unreal.Face and gaze: iPhone on a head mount, Live Link Face to the Unreal station.

Conduite de la captureRunning the capture
- Choisir le layout selon le nombre de personnes, affecter corps, mains et visage à chaque avatar.Pick the layout for the number of people, assign body, hands and face to each avatar.
- Tester chaque personne séparément, puis les mouvements collectifs et les croisements.Test each person separately, then group movement and crossings.
- Enregistrer, relire, puis copier les données sur une destination distincte.Record, replay, then copy the data to a separate destination.
V
Arrêt et rangementShutdown and pack-down
- Attendre la fin d’écriture, vérifier les fichiers et leur copie.Wait for writing to finish, check the files and their copy.
- Arrêter proprement les deux stations, puis couper l’alimentation du rack et le PoE.Shut both stations down cleanly, then cut rack power and PoE.
- À deux, déposer les caméras et ranger chaque élément dans son logement. Démontage en moins d’une demi-journée.With two people, take the cameras down and return each item to its slot. Strike in under half a day.
Limites à connaîtreLimits to be aware of
- Le kit équipe trois interprètes. Au-delà, l’extension demande un équipement adapté et un essai dans le volume choisi.The kit equips three performers. Beyond that, the extension needs suitable equipment and a test in the chosen volume.
- L’enveloppe de 2 500 W est annoncée ; elle se vérifie avec le lieu et la charge réelle.The 2,500 W envelope is a stated figure; it must be checked with the venue and the actual load.
- Si le plateau comporte du mobilier ou du décor, des caméras supplémentaires évitent les zones d’ombre.If the stage has furniture or set pieces, extra cameras avoid blind spots.
- Une copie indépendante des données est faite en fin de séance, en plus de l’enregistrement en direct.An independent copy of the data is made at the end of the session, in addition to live recording.
